Tailgating in the fall

Word on the street is Pots is going to close the street out front and let "people" (read: frats) rent MASSIVE tables on the street for huge tables outside. Just one huge tailgate instead of a bunch of small ones.
No clue if they'll be able to pull it off but if they do it'll be huge
