Will sig ep pass pike with their new house?

With their new house being built does sig ep have the chance to pass like and be top house?

This is like the one time sig ep made all their brothers vote in a poll meant for girls so they could beat pike, theta chi and ato for being “most liked house”

While pike is on a downwards trend, sig ep is not even remotely close to being top, even with a new house. Farrrr from it. “A castle does not make a king”

The new house certainly is a bonus for them since they used to have a small chapter house in Heritage. But even that worked well for them so a big house will only benefit them. But it won’t make them pass pike. Sig ep is pretty good and they have potential to be tied with Theta Chi, but they would have to have another strong pledge class in fall and spring. It’s not unrealistic to be with theta chi, but it would definitely be unrealistic to be with Pike.

Even though this has to be a troll, I genuinely think sig ep will never be top tier, simply because the way they run. SAE and KA would pass them eventually just because sig ep goes backwards

Just remember SAE doesn’t have any pledging either. Well, they have 72 hours to weed out their chaff. Sig Ep gas NO pledging at all.
