I get why it’s hard to get a bid from top tier

as someone who rushed in the fall and loved chi o (got dropped 2nd round) it’s because they create an atmosphere that’s very fun and girl next door. They don’t come across as fake or judgmental. The reason they aren’t a “top house” is because they don’t choose girls based on looks. They choose girls who will make their chapter better, even if they aren’t as attractive. Girls are always shocked how much they fall in love w chi o. They fly under the radar prior to rush bc they are mid tier and most girls want top. But was the only house that everyone wanted at some point in my rho gam group. Thats why they can be picky. I went top tier and dropped after a month, really regretted it. Don’t let this site influence your decision ladies.
