Heritage is dead
by: DhejsnebIs pike really still “top tier”. The short answer is yes but with absolutely no one and nothing going on in heritage, how good are they really? They obviously still have the best house and most active brothers that are cool for the most part but with the lack of brother hood and people not wanting to leave collegetown they aren’t really top tier. Nobody showed out to their events this past year and I don’t blame them. No one wants to pay for an Uber all the way over there just when there are better parties and just as good guys on college ave and in college town

Heritage is far from “dead”, Pike is still living in the biggest and most prestigious fraternity house in the nation, Sigma pi is living right next door in the 4th biggest house in the nation and delta chi has phi delts house which is only on the top 10 fraternity houses in the nation list as well. Heritage is closest to West 10, The woodlands, Forum, pretty much 90% of student housing at FSU is within 3 miles of heritage. College ave is reaching

I made this post and I am definitely not in sig ep lol. Secondly, I said college town not only because of Ato, And sig ep, but because of the bars like Madso, township, Centrale, pots is basically right there, axo, all the students and apartment buildingst, there is also enclave, and the nine and a lot of fsu’ dorms their right also. Im also not in sig ep or ato like a lot of the comments think. Just speaking the facts.
