College is a sewer and KA has the only house that was built as a fraternity house. Heritage is clean, has massive free parking, Publix and the best three fraternity houses in the state of Florida. When LXA and Phi Delt come back Heritage will again be the center of the frat universe.

Bruh I- heritage is literally ass. Pike is the only good frat left and they don’t have enough events to keep heritage alive for much longer
