Can confirm they’re moving into chi phi house. Cool group of guys, just kinda small. I’d imagine getting out of heritage will help their rush tho

Unfortunately. Hopefully heritage gets a resurgence a few years down the road but right now it’s ass if you’re trying to grow. Used to be lit back in the day. Good for phi psi for getting out, only a couple houses left there now

Tbh, with heritage being dead. And FSU accepting no one but goobers. Any frat has a chance to get good if they leave heritage
