which fraternities and sororities are up and coming and looking to move up a tier? or at least becoming more socially relevant that people want to hang out with

i’d say frats moving up are sig ep and theta chi even though they’re up there already, especially since so many frats are getting in trouble
for srats i’d say axo and theta, i think they’re just pretty outgoing and open minded to lots of different types of people
idk just my opinion :)

With frats it’s hard to say bc so many have been suspended/ not good standing

For srats I feel like the ones on park ave are on the rise (DDD, AXO, theta) especially bc of DDD’s brand new house

Personally - KA SAE and Sig Ep. I wouldn’t say they’re “up and coming”(al 3 are past that stage) but as a bunch of frats have been kicked off they’ve really stepped up to the plate and done well for themselves.

theta is up and coming. they had a great fall pc and didn’t have to do spring rush like a lot of top houses

I don’t rlly pay attention to what frats are “on the rise” so here’s my srat opinion (based on looks only)

The same:
already hot- Zta, KD, DDD
average- Phi Mu, SDT
not hot- Aoii, AGD

Going up:
Adpi, Theta, Axo, DZ, GPhi

Going down:
DG, Pi Phi, XO, Aphi, Kappa
