I’m planning to go through formal recruitment and I wanted to know what the difference between tiers was that I keep seeing here.

Tiers are irrelevant. Go for who you like or else you won’t enjoy Greeklife

The difference is like brands of cars. What do you like to drive? How do you want to be seen? Is performance more important to you than appearance? Would you rather be environmentally sensitive, or do you want that big-ass hog truck?
