question about legacies

My dad was in a fraternity at FSU. Should I bring this up during rush, or should I wait to be asked? I've heard some fraternities want legacies nd some others do. Thanks.

We know you’re a legacy before you walk through the doors from when you register. Don’t go bragging that your a legacy because you’ll get kicked out immediately if you think you are automatically getting a bid. Only bring it up if someone asks

I have a suggestion for legacies but it might be a bad idea. I’m just one member of one fraternity so I’m interested in your advice.
I’d suggest that if you’re a legacy and you’re interested in your dads/moms/ brothers/sisters/cousins fraternity or sorority , drop by and introduce yourself during summer C. Let them know about your affiliation, where you’re living in Tallahassee and your cell number.
