Does SigEp ball kids

Heard a rumor that SigEp doesn't ball kids and that pledges become brothers instantly. Is this true?

"All SigEp chapters are expected to operate without any pledging or reference to pledging, Warren said. Two years ago, the fraternity passed a substance-free facility policy scheduled to begin in August 2020. Currently, all common spaces at the fraternity’s houses are expected to be substance-free." 'Warren' is the fraternity's national CEO.
Fall, 2020: No pledges, no liquor, no beer, no cigars, and they have a live-in supervisor to make sure everyone obeys. To be fair, SPE thinks this is the way all fraternities are going. So far they're the only ones to go to this extreme. But they're good at FSU and will probably continue to be.

It's not Sig Ep's fault. Its their national. Sig Ep is good here but their national is like a sorority.
