The one who owns that house. Sigma Chi. Planning to return to Florida State this coming fall along with Sigma Nu and Lambda Chi.

Sigma Chi actually sold that house years ago to sold the house to a sorority that isn’t here anymore, Sigma Kappa, and Kappa Sig was renting it out ironically

Sigma kappa sorority owns that house. It’s been home to ATO, SAE and Sig Chi.
Give it to Theta Chi; they’ll know what to do with it.

If im ATO i try and get that house. They need a better house than the disgrace they have rn. Theta chi is known for their motel 6 so they should just keep it, doing fine as is.

Delta chi and Sigma pi are both way above Fiji. Fijis are toady pear boys and are circling the drain out on college.

Sigma Pi has been growing a lot these past two years with better PCs, better tailgates, and better reputation. Only thing hurting them is their house being in Heritage, but still a dope house

I would say either Fiji or sigma pi. Fiji has always been better than sigma pi but this year they started falling, imo. Guess we will have to see. Just because delta chi has a house doesnt even put them on the same level as the other 2. No girls actually go to delta chi
