Thats a stretch. They are on the come up due to their location, and are doing pretty good. but they still have a long way to go. They are def not bottom tier like delta chi though

If a middle FSU fraternity is ever going to make a leap up, now is the time. There's no competition from the top. Are you listening Kappa Sig, Fiji? Raise your numbers and quality now before the big dogs come back to eat. Sigma Chi, Lambda Chi, Phi Delt, Phi Sig and even Phi Tau. I don't know if Pi Kapp was permanently banned or not but they were good. Establish yourselves with the better sororities now. Raise your manpower numbers. Cut dorky guys from your rushee list. Be aggressive. Take on the Pikes, ATOs, Theta Chis and KAs.
