sig ep to college ave?

Word on the street is Sig Ep is going to lease 425 on College ave currently leased by the remnants of Phi Delt. Thoughts?

For all those who might we worried, Heritage is just fine thank you. Pike is Pike, and DX and SPi will continue to grow stronger until Lambda Chi and Phi Delt come back to their traditional houses.
Sig Ep is a good fraternity. They're tailgating on College because they can never have a party in their dry house. But they do all right.

They can't rent a "party house' and still be a Sig Ep chapter. FSU admins will tell you that any house used by members of a fraternity becomes a 'fraternity house' and the fraternity is liable for whatever happens there.
