Well, I guess heritage is dead once and for all. My sisters and and ubering for a bunch of weirdos in manisions like sigma pi and delta chi

Sigma Pi and Delta Chi occupy the houses and build strength.
When Lambda Chi and Phi Delt come back we'll have three top fraternities in great houses.
In the meantime Sigma Pi and Delta Chi can become much stronger.
