how do i say no thanks?

by: Aaron

If I’m asked to join a fraternity and I’m not sure that’s the one for me, how do I say I’m still looking without offending them or ruining my chances of coming back around late? Thanks.

No good fraternity will pressure you into signing immediately, especially if it's a summer bid. If they're that desperate to extend a bid and not take you later on, you're better off looking somewhere else anyway.

If you have one Fraternity in mind - maybe you’re a legacy - then don’t be coy if they ask you to join.
