why did phi kappa tau get suspended?

A Phi Tau pledge injured himself while he was doing some construction work, cutting plywood if I remember correctly. Cut his hand with a buzz saw pretty badly. No his hand didn’t get cut off but I think he might have lost the function of or the entirety of a finger. It wasn’t hazing and it wasn’t a stunt the kid got injured using a power tool. After that they were under investigation and indefinitely suspended but not technically in trouble. However, they went ahead and threw their Snowasis party basically in defiance of FSU/IFC so now they’re actually suspended.
