theta, pi phi or alpha phi?

Honestly all three are pretty solid houses. Theta & Pi Phi are well established chapters and tend to fluctuate around the upper-middle tiers. Alpha Phi is a newer chapter floating around middle tier but appears to be an up and coming house. Defiently has the chance of rise higher.

Rating them off personal preference I'd go Theta, Alpha Phi, & Pi Phi.

Pi Phi, Theta and Alpha Phi....in that order. (Just my preference.) However, all are strong sororities.
