Pi Phi used to be one of the Top Five with KD, DG, ADPi and Tri Delt. Something happened in one year. Pi Phi dropped and ZTA took off.

Pi Phi isn’t very involved and does have good frat relations with top tier frats.

Chi O’s never go out and have a bunch of averages

Pi Phi is dropping fast they bid a lot of girls that look straight up bottom tier. They just ride on their old reputation of being good. Chi O is actually pretty popular. They have a lot of boring stuck up girls that study 24/7 and are sneaky hot but too up tight to be any fun, but they have a couple fun ones too. Also a lot of plain janes in Chi O. Out of the two, Chi O > Pi Phi

Lol because heaven forbid that some people go to college to get an education and good grades rather than getting drunk every night

Yes, heaven forbid that. If you wanted an education go to UF. This is FSU, we party first and study after.

when were they good? I have never known them to be decent. I would never take a bid from them. Are you talking about the 1980's ? Is this when they were good?

WTH? Both Chi-O and Pi Phi are great upper middle sororities. They have beautiful girls, are involved, and have incredible frat relations. Neither one is dropping. In fact, both are rising. Awesome girls!!!
