Pi Phi is dropping fast they bid a lot of girls that look straight up bottom tier. They just ride on their old reputation of being good. Chi O is actually pretty popular. They have a lot of boring stuck up girls that study 24/7 and are sneaky hot but too up tight to be any fun, but they have a couple fun ones too. Also a lot of plain janes in Chi O. Out of the two, Chi O > Pi Phi

when were they good? I have never known them to be decent. I would never take a bid from them. Are you talking about the 1980's ? Is this when they were good?
