why sororities too?
by: HiI'm sure this has been discussed somewhere already, but I don't understand the logic of suspending sororities. Like no sororities haze at all, so why couldn't they just suspend all frats to make a statement? This situation is horrible and makes Greek life look bad for sure, but sororities really aren't bad organizations at all and are much more self-regulated than fraternities so we should be less of a liability to the school. Thoughts??

they don’t. ZTA is a completely hazing free sorority. They have such strict rules. big/lil is a ritual and they can’t drink 24 hours before and after. there rules are crazy but I guess that’s what makes them top

The only sororities that I've heard about hazing in the last few years (at other schools), are DPhIE, AXiD, SK, Tri Sigma, and SDT. These are all much smaller national organizations that aren't as involved in the way the individual chapters operate so you have more breaking the rules.
Literally all the big sororities nationally have advisors breathing down their necks about hazing and would shut a chapter down immediately if they catch that kind of behavior.
