Phi Delt is cool but its all the way in heritage.

Kappa Sig has an awesome house and crazy good location.

SAE is gonna be cool but it's not even close to being finished.

Don't understand the negative toward Heritage. Pike and Phi Delt have great houses and when LXA comes back they'll have their old house which it as good as either of the others.
College Ave. is convenient but filthy and crowded.

LXA is not coming back, woman who was an alum of the same sorority of the girl who was killed is on the record saying as long as she is employed by FSU IFC she won't allow it. And the grove is just bad location being so far off campus, still great houses and frats there.

Don't believe this lie about LXA not coming back or some woman keeping them out. It was terrible, tragic but not the fault of the fraternity. LXA owns the house and they will be back soon. There's no woman ("employed by FSU") who has the power to stop LXA alumni from coming back.
