In one more year Kappa Sigma will pass Pike and Delt as the TOP FRATERNITY AT FLORIDA STATE. We have the house. We have the pledge class. We have the brotherhood. We have the location. And we have the QUALITY OF MEMBERS. Every single one of our fall pledges got bids from Pike and Delt but they chose Kappa Sigma.

So here's how the joke starts, "Kappa Sig walks into a bar and takes a swing at a Pike." Kappa Sig, seriously, you'll have to climb a lot higher up the ladder before you're in Pike's weight class. You guys aren't bad and I admire the balls it takes to shoot your mouths off like this but, please.
