Hate them or love them. Pike is back to being the best on campus due to their outstanding brotherhood and had the two best parties of the year

I like PIKE as a concept and a lot of the older brothers are great but the recent PCs have really dropped in quality. It’s a shame because PIKE would and should be dominant but they’re not the same fraternity that they used to be. Their parties outside of Pikestock have been extremely low quality and they’ve been coasting off of brand recognition since at least ‘22

Worst brotherhood at fsu. Lame parties, new pc’s are weird and they can’t throw parties at their house. Heritage grove is dead and so are the fraternities in it

Trash fraternity all the alumni are ashamed they don't even want to come for alumni weekend or in general, completely garbage at this point

The Pike courtyard is flooded with wealthy alumni every game weekend. The fall pledge class was best among all, and the restriction on large parties at the house ended this summer.

Clearly the top frat but weird how much they care about their association with the football team when those guys couldn’t care less about em besides the parties
