Lie to PNMs about getting bids just to get a long line at the house on the first day of rush all to build hype. They’ve been doing this for years so don’t fall for it and miss out on other frats.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.1 I think sig ep is great. Every brother knows how to have a good time but one on one are really down to earth and nice guys. Sure, you can hate on them for not being as douchey and “frat” as other tops but they’re great for guys who want to have a ton of fun but don’t want to be terrible people.
