Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 3.2 They seem pretty sweet from the few times I was there. There is definitely a large variety of people in Chi Phi and a place for just about everyone. Lot's of straight guys that know how to have a good time and make sure their guests are well taken care of. I'm going to say they seemed a little below average on their class, however it was a party so that could be different at other events.
