They are definitely on the rise and have taken some good pledges. House is great location but could definitely be nicer. Shoud get some good pledges since winnning frat of the year!

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.6 These guys are awesome. The pre games were a blast and their 4th party was amazing, these guys were really accepting to me as a freshmen and having zero clue on what was going on and the brotherhood is easily one of the best in the school. Keep it up guys

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.0 Chi phi is definitely making moves. Cool, chill guys. Very fun to hang out with. Actually express interest in being friends with me as a girl with a boyfriend where as most fraternities would just be butthurt about not getting laid.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.8 These guys are definitely on the rise. They won fraternity of the year and have really been growing in all aspects. I've never had a bad time at chi phi and my sisters and I love them. Fun, social, good-looking, and respectful guys.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 2.2 really boring group of guys. A lot of people talk good about them and their tailgates, but a few of my sisters believe this is NOT (hint: not) the place to be to socialize.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.2 I really like this fraternity. Not gonna lie, a lot of people do talk smack about chi phi, but I don't see what the point of it is. I went to their fourth of July party and pumpkin smash, and I had a lot of fun. As a girl in an "upper tier" sorority, I wish we would have socials with them because the guys are really genuine, and are pretty cute. Unfortunately, I usually see them with the same sororities. I hope they can mix it up a bit in spring
