Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.4 Pretty solid fraternity at fsu. I wouldn't consider them one of the top 3 houses but they are definitely liked by a lot of people on campus. One of the most down to earth group of guys in my opinion
