Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at Florida State University - FSU 4.1 Not the best frat on campus but I've seen them improve every year. All their tailgates and parties that I have been to have been getting better every year. The brothers seem very close with each other too. I would still put them as mid but give them a couple years and they could break into an upper mid frat.
