Divided house that fights a lot. Some party way too much and are mean when they drink, others don't really come out of their shells. The house is so divided it's hard to decide whether you like the house as a whole or not. Although girls are different from each other, I wouldn't say they're diverse. The types of people in this house tend to be more polar opposites and less of a spectrum of personality.

They really need to work on their sisterhood. Almost every Theta I’ve ever known has ended up dropping and it is sad to see. There is a lot of fighting going on behind the scenes of this house despite their good front during recruitment.

A pretty diverse sorority in all aspects. Always see them at Peggy’s/ West End and parties. Some are big partiers and some aren’t as much. All of them are superrr involved in campus activities, academia, and politics (almost too involved lol) I can honestly say that I’ve never met a Theta that I didn’t like.

They have really gotten a lot less popular since my first year on campus. I know quite a few girls who were in this chapter and dropped because of bad experiences. Their GPA also used to be what they were known for, but that’s become a lot lower in recent years. Unfortunate to see them slip so much...
