I am outsider visiting drake for the first time. My buddy rushed in the fall and his frat, theta chi, is turning this cool kid into a complete weirdo. Everyone of his brothers i met were gooby AF and they need to be less facking strange. they have a dope new house, i hope thats why he joined, but at any serious greek school these are the guys with super punchable faces.

TC is interesting. Their older members are different from their younger members. They have a new house but will have more rules for the members that live in it as a result. TC is friendly. Having a niche in counter culture and obsessed with america.

They have tons of great seniors but their recruitment as of late has been sub-par. Fresh-Soph class is very different from the older crowd. Huge variety of brothers. New house looks cool but will be strict on rules. Overall kind of strange guys but the 2015-2016 seniors are worth getting to know.

by far my favorite house on campus. Since i know a ton of the guys the parties and outtings are great to me. However, in general if i didn't know them like i do i'd assume them to be stuck up. You will never see TC's hanging out with other fraternities, and once they get their new house it'll probably get worse. The guys are cool, the ones i know, but so many of them are stuck up and rude to others. Step up the game guys, you have a chance to be some great people on campus

Good group of guys with a strong brotherhood. Easily one of the top houses on the street. It's a big enough house to where there are lots of different types of guys.
