This chapter was doing well a few years ago; they've been recruiting very poorly in the past 2-3 years. I've heard their sisterhood is basically non-existent, they've become cliquey within their chapter, and you'll only see small groups of them out together, so they don't have much of a presence. Sucks, a lot of them are sweet but the chapter is a mess.

I know most of the perceived sisterhood at most sororities is blown up and exaggerated online, at events, etc. and of course any group of girls will have some drama but honestly I haven't seen very many other sororities as fake about sisterhood as AOII. Very unwelcoming and none of them really like each other. Individually there are some nice girls and they interact well publicly but personally knowing a lot of their drama (from living with two AOII roommates) made me see how fake it really is. That being said, their philanthropy events are really cool and cute and they've pulled them off well every time I've gone.

Social media has rocked this semester. Diverse group of girls with no stereotype. I would seriously join this sorority. Keep up the great work!! You gals are amazing and always give it your all supporting Panhellenic and IFC.

Definitely a model/well rounded sorority at DePaul. Not overly fake, shallow or uninvolved. They don't get nearly enough credit for how awesome of a job they do supporting each other and Greek life. Keep it up!
