Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 1.4 They're definitely not a top tier at all. You seriously got to be joking to say these guys can take out Sigma Chi, Sig Ep or SAE. These guys get way too excited when their name comes up...lower-midlle tier at best. TOP is still better and they're not even an IFC house. They still got a long way to go.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 1.0 These guys tried to rush me so hard as a freshman they seemed desperate. My experiences with their party's have been lame. Yes they have booze and stuff but their guy ratios are terrible. Not fun, unless your version of a party is standing around and no one dancing. Go to to a real Top Tier Party and it's a Night and Day difference.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 4.0 Okay yeah so these guys might have a reputation of being weirdos but honestly they've thrown some of the best parties this year and they seem to have a really good brotherhood. They may not be popular or top house but if i were a guy i would honestly consider joining zbt because they seem really tight, have good parties, and aren't obsessed with what other frats/sororities think of them
