Sig Ep - no change, could lose ground to pike
Phi Delt- no change, wont lose much to sigep/pike, they draw different kids
Pike ↑- on the rise, could become a top house within the year
SAE ↑- Bigger pledge classes mean more relevant
Beta ↓ - falling off the map

Overall I would agree with this. Small change is switch SAE and Beta, at least the Beta’s actually know each other and have decent brotherhood. Other 3 rankings are good, Pike is in the middle now, but realistically will have to change a lot to be a top house. Pretty so-so brotherhood from them, little campus involvement, and only a few parties. Hard to see what they have to offer being greater than Sig Ep and Phi Delt tbh, both of them are more social and involvement. Doesn’t help with Zimmer on their ass either
