The best word to describe Theta is probably "irrelevant". Girls love Theta during recruitment but then after a few weeks Theta disappears. You'll only see a few girls out after and I have never hear a frat describe Theta as "fun". I have classes with some of these girls and they don't even acknowledge each other. The only girls I see wearing their letters are the 'prettier girls' and the not as attractive ones seem to be ignored.
