Some of the people from Texas at the university can’t let you forget that they are from Texas. A few even feel as though they are better being from Texas. Some people from Texas are absolutely sweethearts, but few live up to the stereotype. If Texas is so great, go to school there.

the thing with Texas kids is they'll throw it in your face most of the time. look at me, I'm from ~Dallas~. and there are simply so many texans (50%) that it gets to be stereotypical simply because there are so many. there's nothing wrong with it, but it shouldn't make up your personality

Yes they do. Everyone wants to make friends. Someone is salty about Texas students. Arkansas students like to call out of state students scholarship people too. Don’t believe people saying the Texas students are snotty.

hi! coming from an outside perspective, i think texas kids r more disliked by everyone else bc that’s all they talk about!
it’s always “in Texas they have this” and “omg this place is so weird compared to Texas” ... like nobody else talks about their state as much as Texas people so that’s prob why everyone is just kinda annoyed!
