will my sister be considered a legacy?

So my sister is guaranteed a spot in a middle tier house (she’s friends w the president and probably half the house) and they said she’s in even though is dirty rushing but anyway, she’s from a different big school in Texas. So her rush week will be a week before mine and whatever house she gets in, will that automatically make me a legacy or no because she hasn’t been initiated yet? Also how do I answer rush questions when they ask if I have greek family members without making it seem as though I will for sure get in the same house as her here at hark bc I really am not interested in her house here, I am opened to all but I feel like if I don’t mention I have greek ties then I would be cut :/
