Birds of a feather. Overly social, in your face cheerful, and loud. Even their pledges struggle to be part of that, and either sink or swim. It shouldn't be that way. You shouldn't lose that many pledges. You shouldn't lose ANY pledges!

Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 4.4 Very active with Greek life via functions, helping other philanthropies, active with their own philanthropy, descent GPAs, and the second best ZTA chapter in the nation. PNMs need to realize that every sorority has classy and not-so-classy girls; every chapter obviously wants the cream of the crop! With that many girls in each pledge class, you're going to have diversity.
