Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 3.0 I've been to their parties a couple of times. Funny guys and most of them are pretty cute, but their house is just... awful. I feel like that's holding them back quite a bit.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 3.0 The guys are pretty cool... more active on campus than some groups but still party a good amount. As was said below they are not bad, just not great. Need to get a bad ass house and they might start moving up the rankings.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 3.0 They took a huge pledge class last year if they could ever get an awesome house they could place themselves in the sold middle tier. As it is that crappy house they have will not cut it.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 3.5 These guys are total sweethearts! I have made friends with a ton of the guys in the house and they are all super nice! Like they actually come up and talk to you unlike some of the other houses. So they might not have the greatest house but most people hang outside anyways or in the rave cave. I always have a good time whenever my friends and I go there.

Can't wait to see there new house they are going to sky rocket after that. Great group of pledges this year boys keep up the great work <3
