Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 2.0 I've heard they have some nice guys but most are just pretty weird I think. I don't even think they throw parties but they did get someone good for row this year.. They're probably going to stay at the bottom
