They are top house but the problem is they know it. Very fun, popular, and rich, but also stuck up. Pride themselves on being impossible to get into and throwing money around. 9/10 tho

Just not that cool. Brotherhood sucks. They put on a good show but girls are afraid of them. Been around and seem to be not to concerned about treating others with respect.

Not a good place to be. Sad. Not sure why they are top. Yes they have a house across from stadium but bad things happen there and no accountability for actions on campus.

person below me is definitely a sigma chi, not a top 3 anymore by anyone’s standards when you don’t even have parties or anything fun going on besides ski lodge. sae is top 3, hard to compete for other frats when you’ve collectively got the richest kids on campus

Pretty universally agreed that top house is between SAE, Lambda, and Sigma Chi. Although their house always stinks, it’s nice af and girls love it

Had a rough first semester due to the incident, but it wasn't their fault, and i think it kinda hurt them. I know they will bounce back next year to being #1 again. Great guys and great functions and parties

SAE literally dose not exist here at Uark. Its like they only exist inside their house during parties. Most SAEs I've met are extremally reserved and a tad awkward. But I think most of them are kind gentlemen, and men of the lord. Apart from how bad their house smells, its quite nice and they have really fun functions.

Some of the nicest boys on campus- friendly, smart and focus on important things while still having a great time. Parties are fun but not overly focused on drinking and they have alternative beverages
