-Title ix? KA is the one with much worse reputation with the title ix office. You must be confusing them -They get row with top houses I believe because they are one of the four biggest fraternities on campus, with the biggest budgets.

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 5.0 Best group of guys on campus. PC19 has really shown that they are a great group of guys! This is one of the best places to hang out, party, and just overall have a really good time!
