Are you an interior designer that gives you the insight to make the statement that they need to make better use of their house? Maybe you should suggest they call Chip or Joanna Gaines. They might have some ideas. JFC, go back to Little Rock.

Guess you don’t realize they started at UofA in 1895. Kicked off for awhile but a very old fraternity nationwide. Do your research.
