I'm thinking of rushing theta chi (zoo) this spring. Is there any pros / cons rushing them?

if you're going to rush off campus, TKE is the only one you should consider.

They lose their complex after this semester (for which you'll be pledging) so they won't be throwing ragers in the future.

Complex has not been sold at all.. same with a lot of other frats with plexes it just got new management. Same people who manage our plex manage theirs. Do your research bud.
