Pi Kappa Phi, Pi Kappa Alpha - Typical douchey top frats
Lambda - Decently balanced but falling off over the years.
Sig Pi - Was pretty bad a few years ago but it seems like they get alot better every year, on the come up.
Theta Chi - Making small improvements slowly but no actual house kills them
