Rushing with no connections

What are my chances if I’m oos with no connections whatsoever at getting a top/upper mid tier house? Are there any houses that will drop me right off the bat for not knowing an active/being a legacy/etc? I have good involvement, grades, personality etc...

No! Having connections could very well help or hurt you. Not knowing anyone provides an unbiased perspective, you’ll be fine
