how does big little work?

Does the big choose the little? Do they talk about being big little before hand? What happens if you don’t know who should be your big? How do you meet the bigs

Every sorority is different. Ask during recruitment if you are curious. How most sorority do big little is the bigs just pick the little. I met my big for the first time on reveal

so yeah every chapter is different. Some chapters do it like recruitment when the big and little put in preferences and one girl makes all the big/lil pairings. it worked really well and it seemed fair. but i would ask in recruitment

My sorority tried it this way once and it caused a lot of problems. We had girls request bigs who didn’t sign up to be a big. We had like 5 girls want the same big. And some girls no one wanted.
I personally think the other way is better. No one gets left out and there is much less fighting.

it either goes by doing big/lil preferences or girls who want littles just state that they want a little and it gets decided who your little will be outside of the big/lil prefs. either way works fine in my opinion but i can see issues with both
