Grades: if you don’t meet the requirement for grades they literally can’t give you a bid.
Personality: if you are a horrible person you are gone
Looks: if sororities don’t get cute girls they don’t get attention
Wealth: if you can’t afford the sorority then what is the point
Instagram: isn’t that important because you can always build a cute Instagram if you are pretty.
(Note on the wealth portion depends on how much wealth you have. If you make it very obvious you can’t afford dues they may be less likely to consider you, I have literally had girls straight up tell me they can’t afford our dues)

I may be wrong however Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Phi, Delta Zeta, Kappa Delta, & Kappa Kappa Gamma care the least about grades. And Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Phi, Delta Zeta, & Kappa Kappa Gamma care a lot about looks.

Is it hard to get a bid? It seems like it bc it’s such a huge school and has a reputation for pretty girls

Yes this is very true but if a girl doesn’t have a 2.5 ASU literally can’t let you join a sorority (or Fraternity)
They may not care about grades however ASU does
