True but coming from one of these fraternities listed I would add Pi Kapp. They’re a successful chapter and also bring in a ton for third Philanthropy

Pike is only relevant because they convinced all these freshmen thots they’re a top house (which they aren’t) just by throwing a bunch of parties the beginning of the year. and they just have a bunch of guys who boo hoo didn’t make the D1 teams
