In all honesty, i’m not the most “good looking” guy out there, do I still have a chance of getting into a top or mid tier fraternity?

Yeah you will be fine to rush a good mid tier if you aren't awkward and have a good personality you'll be fine.

your best bet is to rush a mid/upper mid frat like KA, Fiji, Sig Ep or Pi kap
