by: FreshmanSig eps rush chair (not saying any names) is super annoying, constantly DMing girls and new freshman guys with ASU in their bio. Nobodies rushing sig ep because its a dry fraternity and all the guys are pot smokers. So cool it with the messages kid.

History has been made today for our fraternity. Resolution 2, which calls for substance-free chapter facilities, has been passed by the undergraduate body and will be incorporated into our bylaws. In short, by 2018 all common-areas of facilities must be substance free, and by 2020 all areas of chapter facilities must be as well.

Sig ep is not a fraternity! its a business. They just use their members for dues and don't follow up with their promises of joining. (ACTUAL MEMBER '16)

Sig Ep National's "Balanced Man" program creates unrealistic expectations. While most would agree that dangerous hazing is not ever acceptable...Eliminating the concept of "pledging" and being "immediate brothers" changes the responsibilities and dynamics of brotherhood and tradition.

Clearly someone is trying to troll Sig Ep here on greek rank and it isn't working. Sig ep continues to be the top house and only fraternity girls really like. Sig Ep is working really hard to improve their image and that of the entire Greek system which has suffered recently. Some people can't seem to let go of the fact that they didn't get a bid from Sig Ep and needed to go with one of the lesser frats. Clearly not everyone is Sig Ep material. Please take your hate somewhere else!

Wrong? You guys are legitimately a dry business fraternity now... If you google "Why your fraternity sucks Sigma Phi Epsilon" you can literally read an article of Total Frat Move roasting you guys because nationals turned you guys into a business fraternity lol... have fun in bottom tier

TFM did a fraternity roast for almost every fraternity. I agree Sig ep Nationals sucks but at least get your facts straight

Pretty sure if its the place you do meetings, hang the charter, and do ritual, hold socials... then it's your chapter's facilities.

nope, look up what a chapter house means. Also, frats that have satellite houses like sig ep have like 10+ houses. So the only one of those that would be the "chapter house" by that definition is the one where the charter hangs. If you look at other schools that have dry chapters/chapter housing, the satellite houses are not also dry. They are literally just houses that brothers happen to live in.
Source: my hometown is a college town where all frats are "dry" which means that they don't throw parties at their official houses and their parties are just like parties at asu.
