the delta sig rise?

How did delta sig jump from semi irrelevant to nearly/arguably top tier in two semester what did they do? It didn't seem as if they did anything more or extra than other fraternity's to jump so much, cause it was crazy how quick they jumped

They didn't do anything. Everyone else just got kinda worse

If that's so than what did everyone do wrong ha? It just doesn't make sense that that many frats would screw up and get that much worse so fast

A lot of houses where put on probation. It greatly limits what a frat can do

D sig is NOT top tier, despite how many of their guys come on Greek rank to say they are. They had a semi-decent pledge class this year but all the years before that they are total goobers. Also, their improvement this year has totally gone to their heads, they are extremely unwelcoming at parties and unless you already know the guys there you won't even be said hi to.
